02Are you insured?
Yes. Splash Bros is fully insured, and we're happy to send proof of coverage to you or your HOA.
03How often should Space Coast windows be cleaned?
Near the ocean or the Indian River, salt builds up quickly — most Brevard homeowners book every 3–4 months. Inland homes usually do well with 2–3 visits a year.
04Will pressure washing damage my stucco, screens or roof?
No. We use low-pressure soft washing on stucco, screens and roofs and save higher pressure for concrete and pavers.
05Are your cleaning solutions safe for plants, pets and the lagoon?
We use biodegradable solutions, pre-wet and rinse landscaping, and keep runoff away from storm drains that feed the Indian River Lagoon.
